Living in Cancerland can be daunting whether you were diagnosed 10 minutes ago or 10 years ago.

I have suffered with cancer anxiety, PTSD and the trauma aftermath of my cancer diagnosis since it all begin in 2010.

My saving grace? WRITING! I journaled, blogged, wrote poetry, wrote incomplete sentences, wrote WHATEVER was in my head. The paper I wrote on never judged and never talked back.
